Havalina and Marcellina sound quite similar, but are different things. Or maybe not! In this performance, the local band of Marcellina, a small Italian village, performs a cover of Havalina, a song by the band Pixies, with new lyrics in Italian. From the Arizona desert to a small Mediterranean village, Marcelina finds connections between two opposing places through immigration, stories, and memory.
